Why do little kids...?

Stare at me all the time. Especially little boys, its really odd. Kids just stare at me and sometimes smile shyly. Its not like i get a lot of attention in public in general, so its sort of strange. Kids really take to me when I babysit, especially ages 3- 10 or so. So, do I look strange, funny or scary to them? Whats up?
