Do you think this is "hard core flirting"?

There was a tiny loose thread on the inner thy part of my shorts and I asked my sad guy friend, who I was trying to cheer up (flirtingly) could he take it off for me. He shyly asked me how he was supposed to do that with no scissors, so I told him to bite it off (remember its inner thy). I told my other friend about it because I thought the situation was funny and he said, "Wow. Thats some hard core flirting..." which made me feel like he thought it was a "loose" thing to say/do. What do you think? Do you think I was "hard core flirting"?
