Is my girlfriend bi-sexual?

She was talking about how one time she almost kissed a girl. They kissed eachother on the cheek kind of shyly, and she said she really liked it, almost as much as when I kiss her on the cheek. I asked her if it turned her on and she said "a little". Is she bi? We don't have any moral problems with it, i'm just curious.
