What could this dream mean?

Okay in the dream in the beginning my friend and I were trying to figure out some way we could hang out because I haven't seen her in over a month. After that, it skipped ahead to me getting to her house, which was a big mansion in the dream. We were both nervous for some reason, and she shyly greeted me in, and she had a French butler. I'm in love with her in real life btw. What's up with this dream and why did it skip like that?
