she might just like to flit thats what alot of us girls do expecialy when we are more attractive. we like to make people notice us and get them interested just cause we can that might just be what she is doing. if she isnt being shy about it then just be forword and ask her say hey i was wondering do you have a bf if not would you like to go out sometime then if she says yes i do say oh ok i was just wondering cause i think you are very pretty but thats cool have a good night oh and im ____ by the way. and leave it at that it will let her know your interested and girls like when a guy is forword and not afraid to talk to them. cause it is the most annoing thing when a guy is to shy to say anything cause he thinks your pretty, go for it you might be surprised. pluss if she does have a bf you just got her to know start thinking about you and she might dump her bf or at least become your friend. good luck
