Does this guy likes me?

i am actually having a hard time thinking if this guy is interested in me. i used to go in my grandpa's store and there is this guy who buys there daily. i am with a friend and we used to talk to him naturally. until one day the guy always tease me saying that i'm so small (but actually i'm taller than him he just can't accept it.) then i just try to smile since i know he is just joking and i know we are friends. but as days go, since i go in the store after lunch, my friend always tell me that the guy always looks for me and asks if i'll be going in the store. and i observed that everytime he buys, he never forgets to look at me. then one time. he talked to me and shyly asked my number, but he wasnt able to get it. after that he continues staring at me when he buys. when i accidentally look at their store i just see him staring at me. sometimes while staring at me and if i look at him he just bow and smile. i just don't understand why he does that. my friend told me that he always looks for me whenever im not there and she also see him staring at me. then the latest that happen was my hand was in the table in the store. then he came and tried to hold my hand but i moved quickly. then he tried to reach something in front of me. that's why we got really close and i just felt so weird. sorry for this long. i just can't understand him.
