Does this boy like me? What does he want from me?

Im sixteen and a virgin. I feel a bit silly asking on here but i don't know what to do. About six months ago this boy broke up with his girlfriend of a few years, me and him had a bit of a thing and we would go to each-others houses and hook up. While i was there other girls would text him. We were going to have sex but he said i should wait for some reason... (im not bad looking or overweight or anything) Then he stopped talking to me for a few months, and i let him go because i didn't want to fall for him anymore that what i already had. When he would walk past me in public i could tell his friends were all talking about me an he would shyly say hi. This week he has started talking to me again and nearly everyday he texts me, he wants to meet up. I think i have lost feelings for him, but if i see him again my feelings might come back and im scared hes going to use me. Hes a nice guy, and hes good looking so he does have a lot of girls after him. Maybe he realized what im worth? Im not sure what i should do.
